HOW CAN I GET A "ExpeditionDoodles" PUPPY?

DOES MY PUPPY COME WITH A HEALTH GUARANTEE?
Yes, all of our puppies come with a health guarantee! They come with a 2-year genetic guarantee! Our genetic guarantee guarantees that your puppy will not be affected by any of the breed-related genetic diseases.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
If you are not able to pick up your puppy we do offer ground shipping or airline shipping WITH a flight nanny. We do NOT ship our puppies cargo. The nearest airport to us is two hours away, because of this we only make one trip per litter. If the scheduled day does not work for you, then there will be a $100 fee for us to go back on a different day. Please be sure to keep this in mind.

WHEN CAN I GET MY PUPPY?
Our puppies are ready to go to their new homes once they are 8 weeks old. If you need us to hold your puppy after he/she turns 8 weeks old, please make arrangements with us ahead of time. There will be a $15/day charge for any puppy that is not picked up within 5 days of their go-home date unless pre-arranged with breeder. Please note that this subject to change during the holidays and we will charge $20-$40/day.

HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS WORK?
We allow families to choose their puppy at first come first serve basis. We will send pictures, videos, or we can schedule a FaceTime. Picks go in order of deposit received.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT TO HOLD A PUPPY?
If the litter is already born, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit. This amount will be subtracted from the total amount owed. The deposit is NOT refundable, but it can be transferred to a puppy from another litter.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS ON PUPPIES?
We do accept payments on our puppies, but he/she must be paid in full prior to leaving us. If you are picking your puppy up we will only accept cash. If your puppy is being shipped him/her will need to be paid in full by 6 weeks of age.

WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER KEEP MY PUPPY?
We understand that sometimes life happens. If at any time you are no longer able to care for your puppy we ask that you contact us first! We will either take your puppy back or will help you find a new home for him or her.

DO YOU HAVE A WAIT-LIST?
Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to be added to the wait-list. You can be added to up to 3 different waitlists. This amount will go towards the payment of your puppy. If you are interested, please fill out an online application.

WHAT IF I DECIDE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT LITTER?
Your deposit is transferable to another litter. However, if you have stayed on a specific waitlist until the puppies turn 6 weeks old and decide to switch, then we will only transfer your deposit a maximum of ONE TIME.

DO YOU OFFER BREEDING RIGHTS?
We do offer breeding rights for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for pricing.

WHEN DO I NEED TO TAKE MY PUPPY TO THE VET AFTER I GET HIM OR HER?
Our puppies come with a health guarantee that requires you to have your new puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of getting your puppy. You will need to send me a copy of the exam visit and any doctor’s notes for the health guarantee to be valid.

DO YOU SELL ADULT/RETIRED BREEDING DOGS?
No, we do not rehome our retirees. Our dogs happily live with us or with their guardian families and that is where they stay when they retire.

DO YOU ALLOW VISITORS?
Our puppies and parent dogs' health is our top priority. Because of this, we do not let families come and meet the puppies until the day of pick up. Instead, we do offer FaceTime and/or to send videos. You are welcome to meet their parents if they are not in a Guardian Home. For pick up day, we ask that you schedule a time with us ahead of time.
